Tornado warning issued for New London County

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for several areas in Connecticut, including New London County, until 5:45 p.m. The National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado near Colchester moving east at 35 mph.
