It's summer, and when it comes to quenching your thirst, what better way than an ice-cream-rich, ice-cold milkshake? A couple of restaurants are making the vintage drink an "Adults Only" dairy delight, ratcheting up with a menu of "spiked shakes" that have become very popular this summer.
