Economy got you down? Thinking twice about eating out? The Connecticut Restaurant Association is trying to ease your pain. From Nov. 16 to Nov. 22, the association is sponsoring Connecticut Restaurant Week 2008, with participating restaurants offering meal specials for $20.08 per person.
