Anne (Emge) Usher Senetcen, 87, formerly of Southington and Hallandale, Fla., wife of the late Francis Usher and Alex Senetcen, died Sept. 7, 2009, at Newington Health Care. She was born in Baltimore, Md., the daughter of the late Albert and Nathlie (Fraunholz) Emge.
