Deborah (Goskey) Mehr, 62, wife of Jonathan Mehr of Middletown, died Saturday at her home following a brief illness. She was born Nov. 1, 1946, in New London, daughter of the late Edmund and Irene (Sheehan) Goskey. She was a third-grade teacher at Wesley Elementary School for 15 years.
