Ernesto DiMauro

Ernesto DiMauro, 58, husband of Carmela (Giuliano) DiMauro, of Melilli, Sicily, died Aug. 28, 2009. He was born April 1951, in Melilli, Sicily, son of the late Luigi DiMauro and Sandina Milardo DiMauro. Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Santy DiMauro; two sons, Luis DiMauro and Dennis DiMauro; three aunts, Anna Milardo, Yolanda Milardo of Melilli and Concetta Milardo of Middletown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ernesto arrived in the United States in 1966 and returned to Italy in 1979. Funeral services were held in Melilli and a memorial Mass will be at St. Sebastian Church, 155 Washington St., Middletown, on Sunday, Sept. 27 at 8 a.m.
