Jacquelyn (Kozlowski) Rybczyk

Funeral services for Jacquelyn (Kozlowski) Rybczyk, 89, of Middletown, wife of the late Walter S. Rybczyk Sr., will be held Tuesday at 8:15 a.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown, followed by a 9 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. Mary of Czestochowa Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers are Martin Rybczyk, Henry Rybczyk, Walter Rybczyk, Frank Rybczyk, Helen Kleczkowski, Kyle Rybczyk and Gregory Rybczyk. Friends may call at Biega Funeral Home today from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Middlesex Hospital Weiss Hospice Unit, c/o Department of Philanthropy, 28 Crescent St., Middletown, CT 06457.
