Margaret Louise (Williams) Bivins, 69, of Meriden, loving wife of the late Willie Bivins, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 19 at Middlesex Hospital. Born on Dec. 15, 1939 in Hemingway, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Allen and Martha (Murphy) Williams and was the third child in a family of four brothers and sisters.
