Nina S. Euston

Nina S. Euston, 86, formerly of Deep River, passed away Sept. 25, 2009, in Middletown. She was born Jan. 13, 1923, in Middletown. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Grace (Sears) Smith. Nina is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Walter Euston, and two daughters, Sandra Shultheiss and her husband, James, of Rockingham, N.C., and Cynthia Euston of Middletown. Nina is also survived by four grandchildren, Jennifer Dougherty, Michelle Anderson, Kimberlee Hallden, Kirsten Hallden; six great-grandchildren, Travis Dougherty, Erika Anderson, Karen Anderson, Laurel Birch, Scout Lohrs, Pate Lohrs; and a sister, Mildred Lupinek of Florida. Nina was an active member and deacon of Deep River Congregational Church, Church Street, Deep River, where family and friends are invited to meet for a funeral service on Friday, Oct. 2, 2009, at 11 a.m., with interment to follow at Fountain Hill Cemetery.
