Walter A. Watts, 84, of Meriden, formerly of Middlefield, Rockfall and Middletown, passed away Sept. 28, 2009, at Meriden Center. Born in Middletown, Oct. 24, 1924, he was the son of the late Lilly A. Hull and Walter B. Watts. He attended Middletown schools.
