On The Fly: Barcelona's Day
It was truly a beautiful game at Wembley Stadium. Barcelona scored two second-half goals to beat Manchester United 3-1 for the Champions League title and a place among the best in the history of the sport. With three titles in six years and four overall, Barcelona has football fans around the world gushing. Only Liverpool, AC Milan and Real Madrid have more European titles and Barcelona's performance Saturday — powered by leading scorer Lionel Messi, whose name conjures up the image of a silent film star — was sublime.
