Hartford man charged in Hebron bank robbery

The man arrested for allegedly robbing the New Alliance Bank in Hebron was arraigned in court Monday. Alvin Austin Robertson, 47, of 7 Woodland St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree robbery, second-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace and improper use of a license plate.
